Claims (1)
- 溶融樹脂注入口およびこれと連通する分岐通路
を有するスプルー部と、金型本体に設けられたキ
ヤビテイに連通するノズルを有した複数のホツト
ノズル部と、前記スプルー部に一端側が接続され
、他端側が前記ホツトノズル部に接続され、注入
された溶融樹脂をホツトノズル部に保温状態で導
く複数のマニホールド部とからなる射出成形用金
型において、前記マニホールド部は、前記スプル
ー部およびホツトノズル部に突出して設けられ、
互いに同軸的に対向すると共に先端に向かつて漸
次薄肉となるように内径をテーパ形状に形成した
ジヨイントと、両端部が前記ジヨイントの外側に
嵌合され、内部を流通する溶融樹脂内圧によつて
外径方向に拡開されるジヨイントによつてシール
されると共に、熱膨張による軸方向の伸縮を吸収
する吸収部を有した交換可能なマニホールドパイ
プとから構成されていることを特徴とする射出成
形用金型。
