    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ヒータ８を組込んだホツトランナーブロツク１
    と、該ホツトランナーブロツク１に装着されたノ
    ズル６と、キヤビテイ金型４とホツトランナーブ
    ロツク１との間に介装したリング１０と、ノズル
    ６とリング１０間に形成した断熱層１１とからな
    る樹脂断熱形ホツトランナー金型において、前記
    ノズル６と、ホツトランナーブロツク１の当接面
    に金属Ｏリング７を装着し、かつ前記断熱層１１
    を着色剤と同種のナチユラル樹脂等の成形品の材
    料樹脂よりもより熱安定性の高い樹脂にて形成し
    たことを特徴とする断熱形ホツトランナー金型。
