Abstract

PURPOSE:To simply gain a laminated structure by a method wherein the resin for an outer shell is injected from an injection unit provided with an accumulator set up between the metallic mold fixing side mounting plate and the injection molding maching fixing templet followed by injecting the resin for the inner nucleus. CONSTITUTION:Between the injection molding metallic mold fixing side mounting plate 11 and the injection molding machine 20 fixing templet 24 an injection unit consisting of an accumulator 2, oil pressure cylinder 1 and a hot runner 5 is provided. And the resin for an outer shell is injected into the cavity of matallic mold 15 from the injection unit 7. Then before the central part of outer shell resin solidifies, the resin for inner shell is injected into the metallic mold cavity 15, for filling it through the injection molding machine 20 nozzle 10, a runner 23 followed by taking out a product by opening the mold after cooling and solidifying the resin. Thereby the laminated structure can be molded with no need of reconstructing an injection molding unit and an extruding machine for a single layer product.
