本発明は厚肉プラスチツク成形方法およびその

従来より厚肉プラスチツク製品を成形する場
合、金型キヤビテイ内への溶融プラスチツクの充
填後の冷却は金型温度を高く保ち、長い時間をか
けて徐々に冷却をする方法が行われている。これ
は急激に金型温度を低下させると成形品が厚肉の

を設けてあり、充填プラスチツクが急冷しないよ
うになつている。19は前記スライド部17を動
かす押圧機構で空圧や油圧シリンダ等を作動させ
前記スライド部17が金型キヤビテイ13の体積
を縮めるようにしている。20は前記スプル16
を開閉する注入口閉塞機構で、溶融プラスチツク
充填後の保圧又は冷却中の前記スライド部17に
よる押圧の際金型キヤビテイ13からゲート15
に接する射出ノズル側への溶融プラスチツクの逆
流を防止するため前記スプル16を閉塞するよう

填完了後の保圧あるいは冷却工程中に前記充填プ
ラスチツクの厚肉部が接する金型キヤビテイ面の
一部を加熱しつつ押圧し、保圧あるいは冷却の進
行とともに前記加熱部の減温を行うことを特徴と
した厚肉プラスチツク成形方法。 2 内部に加熱用ヒータを備え、金型キヤビテイ
に充填されたプラスチツクの厚肉部と接し、同金
型キヤビテイの一部を構成するスライド部と、充
填されたプラスチツクの冷却固化に伴う体積の収

中途にあり、保圧又は冷却工程中の金型キヤビテ

ビテイ内からのノズル側への逆流を防止するため
前記スプルを塞ぐようにされた注入口閉塞機構と
から成り、溶融プラスチツクの金型キヤビテイ内
への充填完了後の保圧あるいは冷却工程中に前記
充填プラスチツクの厚肉部が接する金型キヤビテ
イ面の一部を加熱しつつ押圧し、保圧あるいは冷
却の進行とともに前記加熱部の減温を行うプラス
チツク成形方法を実施するための厚肉プラスチツ
