り密封されていることを特徴とする半導体装置の縦断面
図である。 第４図は本考案の前記実用新案登録第３項記載の孔がは
んだにより密封されていることを特徴とする半導体装置
の縦断面図である。 、これらの図面において、１・・・封止樹脂注入孔およ
び空気抜きの孔、２・・・封止樹脂注入孔および１又は
空気抜きの孔を有する板蓋、３・・・封止樹脂の流出防

    。 ２ 前記孔が、樹脂封入後、栓により密封されているこ

    導体装置。 ３ 前記蓋の孔が樹脂封入後にはんだにより密封されて
    いることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項〜
    第２項記載の半導体装置。
