Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔発明の属する技術分野〕 この発明はいわゆる床ずれといわれている褥循の発生を
予防する車椅子用シートあるいはベッド用のマットなど
長時間同一姿勢で身体を圧迫するような身体支持具に関
する、 〔従来技術とその問題点〕 この種の身体支持共としては微粒子の空気中での流動を
利用した褥盾防止具が知られているが、支持具の重量が
非常に重く使いにくいものであったり、構成が複雑で高
価なものであるといった欠点がある。
〔発明の目的〕
この発明は上記欠点に鑑み、構成が比較的簡素で安価な
褥循防止用身体支持具を提供することを目的とする。
〔発明の要点〕
この発明はこの目的を、身体を支持するマットを、微粒
子を混入した通気性のある弾性体でなる上層と、通気性
のある弾性体のみでなる下層とに２分割し、下層から上
層へ向けて通気できるように構成して達成しようとする
ものであり、２分割された通気性のある弾性体は連続気
泡体とし、その側面を通気性のない面で囲むとともに上
層の上面を通気性のあるシーツで被い、かつ、下り一の
下面に空気取入口を設けるとよい。
〔発明の実施例〕
以下この発明の実施例を示す図面によりこの発明の詳細
な説明する。第２図は、この発明を用いた身体支持装置
を斜視図で示すものであり、空気取入口１より取り入れ
られた空気は、送風機２によりダクト３内に送られ身体
支持具４の上面より出る。マット５は、身体支持具４の
形のくずれを防止するとともに空気吐出ｍｍを減らし身
体支持具全体をより軽量化させるものである。次にこの
発明になる身体支持具４の断面を第１図に示す。
シーツ八６は、径が約１５μの穴を開孔率約５０％の割
合で持つもので、通気抵抗は低く、かつ水等の液体は通
しにくい。そして、人が接触するにふされしいやわらか
いシーツである。シーツＢ９は、径が約２μの穴を開孔
率約５０％の割合で持つもので通気圧力損失が約２００
１ＥＩ水柱あり空気をマット８内に均一に送る拡散仮の
役目をするやわらかいシーツである。シーツ０１１は、
通気性を持たないたとえばビニールレザーのようなもの
である。マット８およびマット１０は通気性を有する連
続気泡弾性体たとえば、ウレタン発泡体で構成されてい
る。マット８の中には、たとえば直径約１００μのガラ
スピーズ、アクリル樹脂ビーズ、あるいは中空ガラスピ
ーズ等の微粒子７が混入しである。マット１０の下面に
は、通気性を有する金網１２をひき、さらにその下面に
空気取入口１８を有する板を設けている。このような構
成において今、送風機より送られた空気１４は、空気取
入口１８より入り金網１２を経てマット１０とシーツＢ
９を通ってマット８の内の微粒子７を流動させた後シー
ツＡ６を通って身体の一部に接触しながら大気に出る。
この結果、送風による身体接触部の乾燥、微粒子の流動
層上に接触することによる接触圧力の均一化、および血
液循環の向上、微粒子自体の弱アルカリ性により褥癒の
発生を防止するものである。第８図は、この発明の身体
支持具を車椅子に応用したもので、車椅子２１憂ζ身体
支持具２２を配設し、その身体支持具には、空調機２８
により空気の温度あるいは湿度を適度にコントロールし
た空気を身体支持具２２に圧送するようにしたものであ
る。さらに、この発明の身体支持具は車椅子のみならず
、航空機用椅子、自動車用椅子、大会議場用椅子等にも
応用できるものである。第４図はベッド用の身体支持具
として応用したもので、２４が身体支持具、２５が送風
機である。その他、骨接者の副木や、脱臼者のサポータ
−にも応用出来ろ。
〔発明の効果〕
この発明によれば、マットを２分割し上層部のみに微粒
子を混入することにより非常に軽量化できるとともに、
安価で簡素な褥も防止用身体支持具が得られる。

の実施例を使用した身体支持装置の斜視図、第８図およ
び第４図はこの発明の実施例を使用した車椅子およびベ

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １）身体を支持するマットを、微粒子を混入した通気性
    のある弾性体でなる上層と、通気性のある弾性体のみで
    なる下層とに２分割し、下層から上層へ向けて通気でき
    ることを特徴とする身体支持具。 ２）特許請求の範囲第１項記載の身体支持具において、
    ２分割された通気性のある弾性体は連続気泡体であり、
    その側面を通気性のない面で囲むとともに上層の上面を
    通気性のあるシーツで被い、かつ、下層の下面に空気取
    入口を設けたことを特徴とする身体支持具。
