Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は絶縁ワニスチユーブに関し、更に詳し
くはワニス処理を行つたワニスチユーブにシリコ
ンワニスを接着塗布し、シリコンの離型性を利用
して、使用中に付着したワニスを、前記チユーブ
より剥離させ、チユーブの可撓性を損なわないよ
うに処理した絶縁ワニスチユーブに係るものであ
る。

ンワニスを接着塗布し、シリコンの離型性を利用
して、使用中に付着したワニスを、前記チユーブ
より剥離させ、チユーブの可撓性を損なわないよ
うに処理した絶縁ワニスチユーブに係るものであ
る。
回転機のワニス処理工程中、口出線部分に従来
使用しているワニスチユーブを接続すると、処理
中のワニスが附着して、これが硬化し可撓性が損
なわれ、折曲げると被覆部に亀裂が入ることがあ
り不良の原因とる欠点や、作業工数が増すという
欠点がある。

本考案は、斯様な欠点にに鑑み、この問題の解
決をはかることを目的としたものである。

以下本考案に係る絶縁ワニスチユーブの一実施
例を添付図面に基づいて具体的に説明する。

１は糸により編組したスリーブで、このスリー
ブ１にワニス２で塗布処理しワニスチユーブＡを
成形する。ワニスチユーブＡにはシリコンワニス
等の離型剤３を接着塗布したものである。

本考案は前記の構成で明らかなように、離型剤
３を塗布した絶縁ワニスチユーブを使用すると、
シリコンの離型剤を利用してワニスチユーブＡに
附着したワニスを剥離し、口出線の可撓性を損う
ことなく、ワニスチユーブＡに亀裂の入る心配も
なく作業工数も低下させ合理化できる特徴があ
る。

- 糸を編組した編組スリーブにワニス処理を行な
つてワニスチユーブを成形し、更にこのワニスチ
ユーブにシリコンワニス等の離型剤を接着塗布し
た絶縁ワニスチユーブ。
