Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、黄蜀葵（以下「トロロアオイ」と称す、）の
根から抽出した抽出粘液を主剤とする脱毛防止及び整髪
効果のある油状整髪料に関するものである。
トロロアオイは一年生植物で、その根から得られる抽出
液（粘液）はネリと称して和紙抄造に使用されているこ
と、更には医薬として用いられていることはよく知られ
ているところであるが、トロロアオイの根は、これを掘
り上げる際或は泥土を落丁ため水洗いする際根に傷がつ
くと根そのものが、又抽出液自体も腐敗することが極め
て早く且つ悪臭！放つ性質を有するものでその取扱いに
注意を要する植物根であり、根も抽出液も保存性を欠く
ものである。また抽出液の粘度低下速度が極めて早いこ
とも特徴であり、このため、トロロアオイ根及びその抽
出液の保存方法、粘度低下防止方法の開発が切望されて
いるところである。
出願人は長年の研究の結果トロロアオイ根及びその抽出
液σ５腐敗防止方法及びその抽出液を主原料とした整髪
料や塗布剤その他の薬効ある軟１ｆｔ提供することに成
功した。本発明はこれらのうち油状整髪料を提供せんと
するものである。
以下本発明について詳細に説明する。
トロロアオイは一年生檀物でその根の抽出液は極めて粘
性に富み和紙抄造の際ネリとして使用されていること、
また根に傷をつけると腐敗し易く。
またその抽出液も速やかに使用しないと腐敗し易いと共
にその生命である活性度の低下が極めて早いことも知ら
れている。そこでトロロアオイを土中から掘り上げる際
は根に傷をつけないように注意して掘り上げ、これを洗
うことなく、根に土が　′耐着したまま ■　クレゾール石けんの０．５％乃至０．７％溶液に、
浸漬して冷暗所に保存する。
０３％乃至５％の食塩溶液に浸漬して冷暗所に保存する
◎ ■　トロロアオイ根を速やかに水洗し、３５度ノ焼酎に
、トロロアオイ根が空気に触れない程度に浸漬し冷暗所
に保存する。
さて、上記の方法で保存しであるトロロアオイ根を取り
出し、なるべく速やかにしかも完全に水洗（浸漬液や耐
着土を洗い流丁。）し直ちに破砕する。次いでこの破砕
根な重量比１対ｌの水に浸漬し成分を水抽出する。（常
温水抽出。）なお、焼酎に浸漬保存しておいたものは再
びもとの焼酎の中に漬は戻し成分を抽出する（常温焼抽
出。）。
水又は焼酎に浸漬する日数（抽出日数）は、季節が春か
ら夏の場合は２日程度、秋から冬にかけては５日乃至７
日程度とする。然るとぎは浸漬槽の中でトロロアオイ根
から無色透明の成分か抽出される。
なお、破砕根を水又は焼酎に入れ攪拌することにより成
分の抽出を促進することかできる。
浸漬槽で成分の抽出が終ったならばこれを濾過繊維素を
除去し無色透明の抽出液を得る。この抽出液は相当高い
粘度を有し、いわゆる従来より和紙抄造の際ネリとして
使用されているトロロアオイの抽出液である。
さて、このような方法で抽出したトロロアオイの抽出液
を主剤とする本発明整髪料の実施例をあげると、 ■トロロアオイ抽出液　　１０００量比にたいして■サ
リチル酸　　　　　　４０〜５０量比■グリセリン　　
　　　　７５〜８５量比■炭酸加里　　　　　１０〜２
０量比 を用意し、サリチル酸４０量比〜５０量比とグリセリン
７５量比〜８５量比とをよく混合し、この混合物にトロ
ロアオイ抽出液１０００量比を混合する。この混合物（
液）に、炭酸加里１０量比〜２０量比を粉末のまま除々
に添加攪拌し混合物を弱酸性化する。弱酸性化したなら
ば炭酸加里の加入と攪拌を停止する。然るとぎは強粘性
の油状（柔かい泥状）物が得られる。これが本発明の整
髪料である。

柔かい泥状を呈する。）物であるが、これを小量手のひ
らにとり頭髪に塗布するとまんべんなく頭髪に展張し仕
上げとしてチックを使用すると一層整髪効果が大となる
。即ち、トロロアオイ抽出液は極めて強い粘性と展張性
を有するので、髪によく着くと共に極めてよく展張し、
又サリチル酸は防腐性を有するから整髪料そのものの腐
敗を防止するとばかりでなく使用後も頭髪に耐着する細
菌の繁殖をおさえ衛生的であり、又グリセリンはトロロ
アオイの粘性と展張性を補充する役目をなすので、整髪
料としてはよく髪に乗り、しかも展張し、更にトロロア
オイの強力な皮膚滲透性により毛根を刺激し脱毛防止効
果が存するなど極めて良好な整髪料である。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. トロロアオイの抽出液に、「サリチル酸とグリセリンと
    の混合物」を混合し、更に炭酸加里を加えて弱酸性化し
    たことを特徴とするトロロアオイの抽出液を主剤とした
    整髪料。
