【発明の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
この発明は、アモルファスシリコン半導体型のX線セン
サに関する。

に留意してなされたものであシ、基板材料の裏面に順次

リコン半導体膜および裏面電極を形成し、前記基板材料
の表面または前記基板材料と前記透明導電膜との間に螢
光体材料を配置し、かつ、前記裏面電極を小面積で多数
配したことを特徴とするアモルファスシリコンX線セン
サである。

- 1 基板材料の裏面に順次、透明導電膜、p型アモルフ
ァスシリコンカーバイド半導体膜、i型アモルファスシ
リコン半導体膜、n型アモルファスシリコン半導体膜ま
たはn型微結晶シリコン半導体膜および裏面電極を形成
し、前記基板材料の表面または前記基板材料と前記透明
導電膜との間に螢光体材料を配置し、かつ、前記裏面電
極を小面積で多数配したことを特徴とするアモルファス
シリコンX線センサ。
