- チヤンバー内の中央に高周波電力を印加する第
１の電極を設置し、該第１の電極に対向させてそ
の上下にアース電位の第２の電極をそれぞれ設置
し、該チヤンバーに排気系と反応ガスの給気系と
をそれぞれ接続したことを特徴とするドライエツ
チング装置。
