Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は圧力シリンダーにより付勢し得る下側の加熱プ
レス板と、同様に圧力シリンダにより付勢し得る上側の
加熱プレス板とを具備するシートプレス装置に関するも
のである。
この種シートプレス装置は、全長２４慣にも及ぶ極めて
長いベニヤ板等のシートや種々の積層梁をプレスするの
に実用する。本発明はこの種シートプレス装置を従来よ
り相当軽い構成にすることを目的とする。この目的のた
め本発明シートプレス装置は、上記加熱プレス板間に加
熱可能な板を剛固に支持して介挿したことを特徴とする
。プレス作業に当っては、先ず例えば上側のプレス板を
加熱可能な板に予定の力で押圧し、次にプレスすべきベ
ニヤ層を加熱可能な板及び下側のプレス板間に挿入する
。そして下側のプレス板をベニヤ層に接触させ、予定の
力を付与する。これによりベニヤ層は熱の供給を受けて
ａ着されることとなり、同時に圧力を低下させる。圧力
が初期値の半分になったところで、上側のプレス板を上
昇させ、加熱可能な板との間に生じた隙間にベニヤ層を
挿入する。その後上記の隙間を閉じて上記のプレス工程
を交互に繰り返す。この間、プレス板間に介挿した加熱
可能な板はベニヤ層の上側及び下側における層の双方か
ら熱をうばうことになる。なお、加熱可能な板はかなり
薄くてよく、その理由はこの板が各プレス工程の初期に
おいて連続的に反力を受（）ているためである。
以下、図示の実施例に基づき本発明の詳細な説明する。
本発明シートプレス装置は第１図及び第２図に示すよう
に複数の連続環状枠１を具え、これら枠に圧力シリンダ
２により付勢可能な下側の加熱プレス板３と、圧力シリ
ンダ４により付勢可能な上側の加熱プレス板５とを設け
る。そして、プレス板３．５間に加熱可能な板６を剛固
に支持して介挿する。プレス板３．５によるプレス工程
７は夫々第３図に示すように交互に行なう。各プレス板
３．５のプレス工程間における遊び時間を８で示す。プ
レス板３．５と加熱可能な板６との間に作用するプレス
力を破線９で示す。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、圧力シリンダ（２）により付勢し得る下側の加熱プ
    レス板（３）と、圧力シリンダ（４）により同様に付勢
    し得る上側の加熱プレス板（５）とを具備するシートプ
    レス装置において、プレス板（３、５）間に加熱可能な
    板 （６）を剛固に支持して介挿したことを特徴とするシー
    トプレス装置。 ２、プレス板（３、５）によるプレス工程（７）を交互
    に行なうようにした特許請求の範囲第１項記載のシート
    プレス装置。
