- 内部が真空に保たれる処理室と、前記処理室を
真空排気する排気手段と、前記処理室内にあつて
試料を載置する試料受台と、該試料受台と前記試
料との隙間に熱伝導媒体であるガスを供給するガ
ス供給手段と、前記ガスの通路を変更し前記排気
装置につなげる切換弁と、前記切換弁を切換え移
動させる移動手段とから成ることを特徴とする真
空処理装置。
