Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 光ビームを発生する光ビーム発生手段と、回転
    多面鏡を備え、該光ビーム発生手段からの光ビー
    ムを偏向して所定の直線上に走査させる光ビーム
    偏向手段と、該光ビーム偏向手段により走査され
    た光ビームを、文字制御クロツク発生回路の出力
    に同期して変調する光ビーム変調手段と、 前記直線上で該光ビームを受光するよう配置さ
    れ、該光ビームの走査開始位置を検出するための
    第１の光検出器と、前記直線上で該光ビームを受
    光するよう配置され、該光ビームの走査終了位置
    を検出するための第２の光検出器と、該第１と第
    ２の光検出器の検出出力に基づいて該回転多面鏡
    の各鏡面に対応する光ビームが前記直線上の所定
    範囲を走査する時間を計測する走査時間計測手段
    と、前記計測された各鏡面毎の光ビーム走査時間
    を記憶する記憶手段と、該記憶手段の記憶内容に
    基づいて各鏡面ごとに前記所定範囲内を走査する
    間のクロツク数が同一となるように一定時間間隔
    で文字制御クロツク周期を微小量変化させ、上記
    回転多面鏡の各鏡面の平面精度誤差による光ビー
    ム走査時間変動の影響を除去するクロツク補正手
    段と、 を具備して成ることを特徴とする光走査装置。
