Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 固定金型取付け板と、この固定金型取付け
    板に固定された固定金型と、この固定金型に型締
    め型開き可能に備えられた可動金型と、この可動
    金型と前記固定金型との間に形成されたキヤビテ
    イおよび湯道と、この湯道に溶湯を供給する前記
    固定金型取付け板に取付けられ内部を往復動する
    ピストンと、前記可動金型に形成された押出しピ
    ン挿入孔を貫通して前記キヤビテイおよび湯道で
    形成された製品等を可動金型より押出して外す押
    出しピンと、前記固定金型に形成された前記湯道
    に連通する第１のエアー抜き通路と、この第１の
    エアー抜き通路に接続され、前記固定金型取付け
    板あるいは固定金型等の装置固定部に固設された
    前記キヤビテイ、湯道、シリンダ内のエアーを抜
    いて真空にすることができるバキユームポンプと
    、前記固定金型と前記可動金型とに形成された型
    締め時に前記押出しピン挿入孔と前記第１のエア
    ー抜き通路とを連通する第２のエアー抜き通路と
    、前記固定金型に固設され前記第１のエアー抜き
    通路を開閉する開閉装置とを備えたことを特徴と
    するダイカスト鋳造金型。 (2) 開閉装置は第１のエアー抜き通路を開閉す
    るピストンと、このピストンをシリンダ内の注湯
    口を溶湯押圧ピストンが閉じた時には第１のエア
    ー抜き通路を開路し、キヤビテイ内が真空になる
    と閉路するように作動させる油圧等のシリンダと
    から構成されていることを特徴とする実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載のダイカスト鋳造金型。
