Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 金型のキヤビテイ内の空気を吸引して真空とす
る一方、前記金型のスリーブ内に供給された溶湯
を、射出シリンダにて前進されたプランジヤロツ
ドにより前記キヤビテイ内に射出する真空ダイカ
スト装置において、 前記射出シリンダに、平行に真空シリンダを配
設する一方、該真空シリンダ内に往復動するピス
トンを前記プランジヤロツドに固定して該プラン
ジヤロツドの前進時に前記真空シリンダ内を減圧
するように設定し、前記真空シリンダと前記キヤ
ビテイとを配管を介して連結し、該配管途中に、
該配管通路を開閉する切換えバルブを配設すると
共に、該切換えバルブと前記真空シリンダとの間
に真空タンクを設け、さらに、前記プランジヤロ
ツドが所定量前進した際に前記切換えバルブを開
成させるセンサを配設したことを特徴とする真空
ダイカスト装置。
