Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は、表面に金属箔を貼り付けた合成樹脂成形品の
製造法に関する。
従来の技術 従来、金属箔を成形金型内面に配置して、表面に金属箔
を一体化した成形品を成形する場会、横型成形機では金
属箔の同時一体化成形は箔の固定が不可能である。竪型
成形機でも、合成樹脂の流れにより金属箔の位置ずれ、
又は金属箔表面への樹脂かぶりが見られ不完全であった
。
発明が解決しようとする問題点 本発明は、成形工程における金属箔の位置すれ、金柘箔
への樹脂かぶりがなく金属箔と成形毛・ のである。
問題点を解決するための手段 すなわち、本発明は、金属箔を成形金型内面に粘着させ
た後合成樹脂を充填して成形し、成形品表面に前記金属
箔を一体化することを特徴とする。
作用 本発明によれば、金属箔は金型内面に粘着しているので
成形工程で位置ずれを起こすことなく、また金属箔表面
に樹脂がかぶることもない。
そして、金机箔は金型内面に粘着しているだけであり、
底形後は、成形品に一体化しているので、成形品の取り
出しのとき金型面から剥がれる。
実施例 本発明の一例を次に説明する。
成形金型１の可動側キャビティの所定位置に、局 粘着剤をす有した金属箔２を付看させ、樹脂を注入成形
後突出ピン３により成形品４をノックアウトし、金属箔
２が一体化された成形品４が成形できる。成形品４の金
属箔表面の粘着剤はメタノール、アセトン等の溶剤で除
去する。第２図は製造した成形品４の平面図である。
同、金８箔２の成形品４との一体化面には、必要に応じ
て接着剤を塗布しておく等、強固な接着強度を得るため
の処理をしておくとよい。
発明の効果 上述のように本発明は、合成樹脂成形品表面に成形工程
で簡単にかつ良好に金属箔を一体化することができ、用
途の拡大を図れる点その工業的価値は傷めて太なるもの
である。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 金属箔を成形金型内面に粘着させた後合成樹脂を充填し
    て成形し、成形品表面に前記金属箔を一体化することを
    特徴とする合成樹脂成形品の製法。
