    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. キャビティ内のダイアタッチ部に低融点ガラス、層が形
    成されたセラミック基体と、該セラミック基体に低融点
    ガラスを介して固着されたリードフレームとを備えたガ
    ラス封止型ケースを用いた半導体装置において、該ダイ
    アタッチ部の低融点ガラス層における中央部は周辺部よ
    りも軟化温度の高いガラスを用いていることを特徴とす
    るガラス封止型の半導体装置。
