Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　関節が所定の角度を為すように鶏の骨付き腿肉を保
    持するパレットと、刃具を支承するカッタヘッドと、上
    記のカッタヘッドを骨付腿肉の骨にほぼ沿わせて案内す
    る手段を備えた駆動手段とを有し、かつ、前記の刃具を
    支承するカッタヘッドは、該刃具の側面を骨に向けて押
    し付けるよう弾性的に支承するものであることを特徴と
    する鶏肉の脱骨用切り割き装置。 ２　前記のカッタヘッドにより弾性的に支承された刃具
    は、前記の案内手段による案内方向の接線に対して交わ
    る方向に往復駆動する手段を備えたものであることを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の鶏肉の
    脱骨用切り割き装置。 ３　前記のカッタヘッドにより弾性的に支承され′　　
    　　た刃具は、前記の案内方向の接線と垂直な軸の回り
    に回転する手段を備えたものであることるを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の鶏肉の脱骨用切
    り割き装置。
