Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　食鶏の骨付き腿肉のくるぶし付近を突出せしめて固
    定的に支承するパレットと、上記くるぶしとほぼ平行な
    回転軸を有する回転カッタと、上記の回転カッタをくる
    ぶしに切り込ませる方向に往復駆動する手段とを設け、
    かつ、上記の回転カッタがくるぶしに切り込んだ状態に
    おいて、くるぶしの中心軸を中心として回転カッタをく
    るぶしの回りに相対的に回動せしめる手段を設けたこと
    を特徴とする食鶏の脱骨用くるぶしカット装置。 ２　前記の回転カッタを切込方向に往復駆動する手段と
    、該回転カッタをくるぶしの回りに相対的に回動させる
    手段との間に連動機構を設け、該回転カッタがくるぶし
    の回りに相対的に回動している途中で、腓骨に付着した
    肘にさしかかつたとき切込方向の往復駆動手段を退避方
    向に作動せしめて頭を切断しない構造としたことを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の食鶏の脱
    骨用くるぶしカット装置。。
