Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明はビデオ画面がテレビを見る時は、ほぼ垂直にな
り、ビデオゲーム等の時は、ほぼ水平となり卓状となる
事を特徴とする装置であって、これによりテレビを見る
のみならず、ビデオゲームや、その他各種のテレビ装置
応用に至便なる装置を得ることが出来る。
従来公知のテレビ装置を利用してビデオゲームを行なう
には画面が直立しているので、例えばテニス等の実感が
湧かず、又一方ブラウン管を水平にしたものでは、テレ
ビとして使用することが出来なかった。
本発明はこれらの従来公知のものの欠点を除去し、ビデ
オゲームとゆう全く新しい分野の出現と、従来のテレビ
の利用等をマッチさせた発明であって、この実施の一例
を述べれば、第１図に示す如くテーブル１に蝶番２によ
り自在に振蓬するごとく軸支持して設けられた映像部の
受像面３と蝶番４で自在に振適する小テーブル１とによ
りテ−ブル面を形成し、ビデオゲームを行なう時は、前
記受像面３と小テーブル５を水平にして映像部をテーブ
ルに収納し、競技者６がこれに相対して座りゲームを行
なう。
第２図はこれを側方から見た図である。
テレビを見る時は部屋の隅におきビデオゲームの時は部
屋の中央にもってくる関係上移動用キャスター７を設け
る。
８はスピーカーである。
第３図は本装置をテレビとして使用する場合であって、
受像面３を映像部をテーブルに回転自在に車由支持する
蝶番２を中心に前に倒し、映像部とテーブルの間に設け
たストッパのごとき公知手段により映像部を固定して直
立させ又、小テーフル５を蝶番４を中心にたれ下げる。
第４図はこれを正面から見た図である。
第５図はこれを側面から見た図である。第５図の場合は
、受像面の回転中心を受像面のほぼ下面で、映像部をテ
ーブルに回転自在に軸支持した蝶番２によるものである
が第６図に示す如く、回転自在な軸支持９を受像面３の
ほぼ中央に位置せしめてもよい。
この場合、テーブルとなる台１０の前方部分に映像部の
収納部となる切欠１１を設ける。本発明は上記の如きも
のであるから、受像面３を立てて、テレビやモニタ用に
使用出来又、受像面を寝かせて、テーブル面１と同一面
とし、ビデオゲームやその他画面が水平である場合がよ
い用途に使用することが出来、従来のテレビでは、垂直
画面でピンポン等ビデオゲームの実感が出なかったのが
素晴しい実感と、楽しさを発揮し、又これを通常のテレ
ビ受像にも使えることが出来る効果ある発明であり、構
造簡単、安価である。
本発明は前記の他、種々の変形が考えられるがこれらは
全て本発明に含まれるものである。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 映像部をテーブルに回転自在に軸支持し、前記テー
    ブルは映像部の収納部を有し、その収納時に前記映像部
    の受像面が上向きで、前記テーブルの天板面とほぼ同一
    面に固定され、前記の収納しないときは前記映像部の受
    像面が前記テーブルの天板面に対しほぼ垂直に固定し得
    るようにしたことを特徴とするビデオゲーム等装置。
