Claims (1)

サイリスタのアノード端子と第１の自己消弧形サイリス
タのゲート端子との間に充電機能を有する第１のコンデ
ンサを接続し、前記第１の自己消弧形サイリスタのゲー
ト端子と第２の自己消弧形サイリスタのゲート端子との
間に導通時に該第２の自己消弧形サイリスタのゲートを
順バイアスせしめる第１のスイッチング素子および充電
機能を有する第２のコンデンサからなる直列回路を接続
するとともに、第１の自己消弧形サイリスタのゲート端
子に充電機能を有する第３のコンデンサおよび導通時に
該第１の自己消弧形サイリスタのゲートを順バイアスさ
せるための第２のスイッチング素子からなる第１の直列
接続体を配し、かつ第１の自己消弧形サイリスタのカソ
ード端子に抵抗およびコンデンサからなる第２の直列接
続体を配するとともに、該第１の直列接続体と第２の直
列接続体を直列接続し、前記第２の自己消弧形サイリス
タのゲート端子にアノード側が接続されるダイオードの
カソード側を前記第１の直列接続体と第２の直列接続体
の接続点に接続するように構成した自己消弧形サイリス
