極との間に並列接続され抵抗とコンデンサとを直列接続
してなるサイリスタ保護回路、該サイリスタ保護回路の
コンデンサと抵抗との接続点から該サイリスタゲート極
に接続された出力側固体スイッチをもつ第１のフォトカ
プラ、該出力側固体スイッチと上記コンデンサおよび上
記サイリスクのゲート極と陰極とを上記サイリスタにゲ
ートターンオン電流を供給できる方向に接続してなる上
記サイリスタのゲートターンオンパルス電源回路、上記
サイリスタ陰極に直列接続された変流器、該変流器２次
巻線両端子間に接続された整流ダイオードと第２のコン
デンサからなる直列回路、該直列回路の整流ダイオード
と第２のコンデンサとの接続点から上記サイリスタゲー
ト極との間に接続された出力側固体スイッチをもつ第２
のフォトカプラ、該第２のフォトカプラの出力側固体ス
イッチと上記サイリスタのゲート極と陰極、および上記
第２のコンデンサとを上記サイリスタにゲートターンオ
フ電流を供給できる向きに接続して成る上記サイリスタ
のゲートターンオフパルス電源回路とから構成し第１の
フォトカプラの入力側発光ダイオードにオン信号電流を
供給することによりオンし、第２めフォトカプラの入力
側発光ダイオードにオン信号電流を供給することにより
