極に接続される回路にカソード、前記外部直流電
源接続端子4,5の負電極に接続される回路にア
ノードがそれぞれ接続されるようダイオード2を
接続し、前記ダイオード2は順方向のスレシユホ
ールド電圧付近の電圧に於いて、前記過電流防止
用ヒユーズ1を切断するのに十分な電流が流れる
よう構成された逆電圧防止回路に於いて、前記ダ
イオード2をシヨツトキーダイオードで構成され
