共通にして負極側出力端子に接続した主回路と、カソー
ドを共通接続した2個の整流素子の一方の整流素子のア
ノードを上記主回路の正極端子に、他方の整流素子のア
ノードを上記主回路の負極にそれぞれ接続し、該整流素
子のカソードを補助回路の正極とし、該補助回路の正極
と上記電流制御素子のゲートの間にトランジスタ、抵抗
および整流素子からなる電流制御素子の点弧回路を挿入
し、前記補助回路の正極と主回路の負極との間に第1抵
抗、第2抵抗および整流素子の直列回路に定電圧ダイオ
ードを並列に接続し、さらに直列に第3抵抗を接続した
基準重圧回路と、前記基準電圧回路の第1抵抗と第2抵
抗の接続点の電圧と蓄電池電圧を分圧した電圧を比較し
て異なる2種の電圧でONまたはOFFとなるように上
