Claims (1)
入されオン・オフ信号により制御される第１のトランジ
スタ、上記ゲートターンオフサイリスタのカソードと直
列に接続されオン・オフ信号により制御される第２のト
ランジスタ、該第２のトランジスタの電源負極側と上記
ゲートターンオフサイリスタの上記ゲート間に挿入され
た電圧制限素子を具えるゲートターンオフサイリスタの
駆動回路において、上記ゲートターンオサイリスタのア
ノードと上記第１のトランジスタとの間に放電阻止用の
ダイオードを挿入すると共に該ダイオードの上記第１の
トランジスタの側と上記第２のトランジスタの上記電源
負極側との間に上記ゲートターンオフサイリスタのスナ
バを挿入し、該スナバを構成するダイオードがスナバコ
ンデンサ介して上記放電阻止用のダイオードの上記第１
のトランジスタ側に接続されると共に上記ゲートターン
オフサイリスタのゲートに接続されていることを特徴と
