ゲートターンオフサイリスクの上記ゲート間に挿入され
た電圧制限素子を具えるゲートターンオフサイリスタの
駆動回路において、上記ゲートターンオサイリスタのア
ノードと上記第１のトランジスタとの間に・ 放電阻
止用のダイオードを挿入すると共に該ダイオードの上記
第１のトランジスタの側と上記第２のトランジスタの上
記電源負極側との間に上記ゲートターンオフサイリスタ
のスナバを挿入し、該スナバを構成するダイオードがス
ナバコンデンサの上記放電阻止用ダイオード側と上記ゲ
ートターンオフサイリスタのカソード間に陰極側を上記
スナバコンデンサ側にして挿入されることを特徴とする
