流量測定装置の基本構成を示す説明図、第２図はキャリ
アガスに印付けられた熱パルスの時間経過による形状変
化の模様を示す模式説明図、第３図はキャリアガスの熱
パルス投入点トその検出点間の距離を熱パルスが移動す
る時間とキャリアガスの管路の平均流速との関係を示す
グラフ、第４図は実施例装置全体のブロック図である。 第５−１．５−２および５−３図はこの装置において流
量検出装置からの出力信号によって流量制御する場合の
流量調整器の種々の例を示したブロック図である。 １・・・管路、２・・・フィラメントヒータ、３，８・

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. キャリアガス管路上流においてその管路に挿入されたフ
    ィラメントヒータを介してキャリアガスにパルス状に熱
    を加えるように設置した熱パルス発生装置と、前記フィ
    ラメントヒータが挿入されるキャリアガス管路のさらに
    上流に挿入された感温素子と前記フィラメントヒータに
    対して一定間隔をおいてその管路の下流に挿入された前
    記感温素子と同種の感温素子とから差動増幅信号を得、
    これにより前記熱パルス発生装置によって与えられたキ
    ャリアガスの温度むらを検出するように設置した温度検
    出装置と、前記熱パルス発生装置および前記温度検出装
    置の両者に接続され、前記熱パルス発生装置からの熱パ
    ルスによりキャリアガスに付けられた温度むら目印が、
    管路を移動し、前記温度検出装置にて検出される移動時
    間を前記同装置からの信号到達時間差により測定し、こ
    の測定値からキャリアガスの移動平均速度を算出し、さ
    らにそれをキャリアガスの流量に換算するようにした演
    算装置とから構成された流量測定装！、並びに前記演算
    装置にフィードバック結合され、かつキャリアガス管路
    中に介在された流量調　　゛竪型とを備えてなるガスク
    ロマトグラフ。
