第１因はこの考案の変位測定部分の原理を説明するため
の図、第２図、第３図、第４図、第５図は各々この考案
の変位測定部分の第一、第二、第三、第四の実施例を示
す図、第６図は、この考案の全体の実施例を示す断面図
、第７図は、この考案の実施例の原理を説明するための
図である。図において、１は透過型の回折格子、１′は
反射型の回折格子、４は光源、５はコリメータ、６は被
測定物体、７は遮光板、８，８′及び１３は反射鏡、９
はスリット、１０及び１０′は光検出器、１１は波形竪
型器、１２は計数器、１４及び１５はレンズ、１６及び
１６′はりミツター、１７及び１７′は微分器、１８は
デコーダ、１９及び１９′は極性変換器、２０は可逆計
数器をそれぞれ表わす。 千− □′ １・

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 変位が測定されるべき被測定物体に固定される回折格子
    と、該回折格子に平面板を照射する光源と、前記回折格
    子からの±ｎ次（ｎは正数）の回折光を互いに干渉させ
    るためあ光学系と、前記回折光の干渉縞の周期的強度変
    化を前記干渉縞の空間周期のＴＴＩ／４倍（ｍは奇数）
    の距離隔てた位置で検出するスリット付きの２個の光検
    出器と、前記光検出器の出力信号を処理するリミッタと
    微分器と、前記微分器の出力信号から変位方向を判定す
    るデコーダと、前記デコーダの出力信号に従って前記微
    分器の出力信号を可逆計算する計算器とから構成されて
    いることを特徴とする変位測定装置。
