Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 圧力スイングによってサルファー類含有多成分ガスから
    サルファー類を吸脱着する吸着剤を内蔵するプレフィル
    タ−と、圧力スイングに゛よって上記プレフィルタ−よ
    り連結管を介して供給されるサルファー類が除去された
    多成分ガスから特定成分ガス以外のガスを吸脱着する吸
    着剤を内蔵する主吸着塔とを備えて、サルファー類含有
    多成分ガスから特定成分ガスを連続的に取出す圧力スイ
    ング吸脱着装置において、プレフィルタ−と主吸着塔と
    の連結管に枝管を接続して、この枝管に弁を設けると共
    に、枝管接続位置よりもプレフィルタ−側の連結管に弁
    を設けて、主吸着塔の吸着ガスを枝管より取出しできる
    ようにしたことを特徴とする圧力スイング吸脱着装置。
