    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 絶縁基板に電気部品のりニド線を半田付けするランド部
    を形成し、絶縁基板の該ランド部を形成した側の面にレ
    ジスト層をランド部の一部に重ね合わさるようにして形
    成して、ランド部上に重ね合わされたレジスト層により
    、半田付けに際し溶融半田がランド部から流出したり、
    あるいはランド部に流入したりするのを阻止するように
    構成してなることを特徴とする電気回路基板。
