の平面図、第５図は平板の位置付は状態を示す平面図、
そして第６爾は他の位置付は状態を示す平面図である。 図中、２・・・アーム、３・・・吸盤、４・・・爪部材
、５・・・第１のスライドカム、６・・・第２のスライ
ドカム、７．８・・・ばね、１０・・・エアシリンダ。

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）可動のアームと、前記アームに取付けられて被搬
    送物たる平板を吸着する吸盤と、前記アームに可動に設
    けられた少なくも一対の爪部材と一対の前記爪部材の爪
    を互に直角方向に移動する第１のスライドカムと、前記
    爪が閉じるように偏倚するばねを含み、前記スライドカ
    ムは一方の前記爪部材の一部に係合し且つ他方の前記爪
    部材の一部が係合する第２のスライドカムの一部に係合
    するようになっている平板搬送用ロボット、。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のロボット
    において、前記第１のスライドカムはエアシリンダによ
    って駆動される平板搬送用ロボット。
  3. （３）実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項に記載のロボ
    ットにおいて、前記第１および第２のスライドカムはそ
    れぞれ板状のカムである平板搬送用口、　・　ポット。
