Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本案は煮沸釜１の外周面および底面を二重壁２．３とな
し、両壁２，３間に加熱室４を形成腰同条１の内底部お
よび上記加熱室４の内底部にそれぞれ加熱蒸気管５，６
を配設し、上記煮沸釜１に生伍注入管７を接続し、上記
加熱室４に給水管８を接続してなる豆腐製造装置に関す
るものである。
上記加熱室４は上記外周面の中程下部および底面に設け
られ、加熱蒸気管５，６にはそれぞれ蒸気供給管９，１
０が設けられる。
尚図中１１で示すものは蒸気管、１２はエゼクタ−１１
３，１４は蒸気供給管９，１０に設けた並列管、１５．
１６は電磁開閉弁、１７は流量調整コック、１８は炊き
伍排出電動弁、１９は炊き缶搬送ポンプ、２０は炊き伍
排出管、２１は炊き伍排出口、２２は蒸気噴出孔、２３
は開閉自在蓋、２４は大気開放直立筒、２５は安全弁、
２６は温度計、２７は圧力計、２８は開閉自在蓋２３の
把手、２９は排出管、３０は開閉弁又はスチームトラッ
プ、３１は煮沸釜１の支持脚、３３は水位計である。
従って蒸気管１１の開閉弁３２を開いてボイラーから加
熱蒸気をエゼクタ−１２を経て生伍注入管７に噴出する
とそれに伴って生伍が注入管７から煮沸釜１内に注入収
容される。
この状態において加熱蒸気管５，６から煮沸釜１および
加熱室４の内部に加熱蒸気を噴出し、給水管８から加熱
室４内に給水し、同室４内に熱湯を充填する。
このようにすると、上記収容生伍は上記蒸気管５からの
噴出蒸気および加熱室４内の熱湯によって蒸煮されて炊
き伍となる。
そして伍排出電動弁１８を開きポンプ１９によって炊き
伍排出管２０から炊き伍を搬送することができる。
加熱室４内には給水することなく加熱蒸気のみ収容して
上述の蒸煮を行うことができる。
従来、煮沸釜１の外周面および底面を二重壁２．３とな
腰両壁２，３間に加熱室４を形威した豆腐製造装置では
加熱室４内に熱湯を収容し難く、収容缶の熱湯による間
接蒸煮を行うことができないため豆腐の品質調節を行い
難い欠陥があった。
本案は上述のように煮沸釜１の外周面および底面を二重
壁２，３となし、両壁２，３間に加熱室４を形威し同条
１の内底部および上記加熱室４の内底部にそれぞれ加熱
蒸気管５，６を配設し、上記煮沸釜１に生伍注入管７を
接続腰上記加熱室４に給水管８を接続してなるものであ
るから、加熱室４の内部に必要により加熱蒸気および熱
湯を収容し得て直接加熱蒸気により、および又は間接的
に熱湯により収容缶の煮沸を調節し豆腐の品質調節を行
い得る便益がある。

    、両壁２，３間に加熱室４を形威し同条１の内底部およ
    び上記加熱室４の内底部にそれぞれ加熱蒸気管５，６を
    配設し、上記煮沸釜１に生伍注入管７を接続し、上記加
    熱室４に給水管８を接続してなる豆腐製造装置。 ２ 上記加熱室４が上記外周面の中程下部および底面に
    設けられている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の豆
    腐製造装置。
