Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本案はパンタグラフ式伸縮機構を有する伸び縮みができ
る門扉に関するものである。
従来、この種の門扉はピン軸などの回動軸を捻子類によ
って締結し組立てられており、耐久性に欠は且つ作業工
程が複雑でありまた防錆のためにこれら締付金具をステ
ンレス鋼、アルミニウムなど高価な不銹材とする必要が
あって安価に量産し難いものであった。
本考案者はこのような事情に鑑み鋭意検討を重ねた結果
、斜架材１，１・・・・・・を前後に間隔をおいて相反
する方向に等角度で傾斜させ、前後における斜架材１，
１・・・・・・の交差する位置を回動自在に定着するに
当り、交差位置における一方の斜架材１に固着した外方
回動軸２と他方の斜架材１に固着した内方回動軸３を遊
嵌し、内方回動軸の円周部にスリット溝４を穿設し、該
スリット溝に係合するピン軸５の端部を前記外方回動軸
２に固定することによってその改善を計ったものである
。
即ち本案門扉によれば、交差位置における一方の斜架材
１に固着した外方回動軸２と他方の斜架材１に固着した
内方回動軸３を遊嵌し、前後方向で相当の距離に亘って
両回動軸が当接しているため、外方回動軸２及び内方回
動軸３と一体的に定着されている斜架材１，１・・・・
・・の前後方向のガタッキが抑制されて扉体の円滑な開
閉を為し得るものであり１、外方回動軸２と内方回動軸
３を嵌合し、内方回動軸３のスリット溝４にピン軸５を
挿し込みその端部を外方回動軸２にかしめ止めすること
によって扉体の組立ができ１、回動結合部！こおける捻
子類を省略して宥価に量産しシるものであり、また緩み
を伴な゛う捻子類を使用せず、且つ内方回動軸３のスリ
ット溝４を外方回動柳２によって陰蔽し、部材の内部じ
こ雨水が侵入し離いため甚だ耐久性に富むものである。

要部拡大縦断側面図、第３図は同じく要部拡大縦断正面
図であり、図中１は斜架材、２は外方回動軸、３は内方
回動軸、４はスリット溝、５はピン軸を表わす。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 斜架材を前後に間隔をおいて相反する方向に等角度で傾
    斜させ、前後における斜架材の交差する位置を回動自在
    に定着するに当り、交差位置における一方の斜架材に固
    着した外方回動軸と他方の斜架材に固着した内方回動軸
    を４嵌し、内方回動軸の円周部にスリット溝を穿設し、
    “□該スリット溝に係合するピン軸の端部を前記外方回
    転軸に固定してなる門扉。
