Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は被包装体のコーナ部に当接する包装用緩衝体に
関する。
従来例の構成とその問題点 一般に包装用緩衝体は発泡スチロール等が多く用いられ
、輸送あるいは荷扱い時に被包装体に衝撃が加わったと
き、前記発泡スチロール等の包装用緩衝体は復元力がな
いため、被包装体と包装用緩衝体との間にすきまが生じ
、効果的な緩衝が得られないという欠点があった。
発明の目的 本発明は前記従来の問題に留意し、特に被包装体のコー
ナ部に当接し、有効な緩衝を行うことのできる包装用緩
衝体を提供することを目的とするものである。
発明の構成 前記目的を達成するため、本発明は底板と、互に連接関
係にある２つの側板とによって被包装体のコーナ部を受
ける形状に形成された２つの緩衝素体を有し、前記２つ
の緩衝素体は底板の開放端をヒンジ片によって連結され
、かつヒンジ片全中心に線対称の関係をもって重ね合わ
せ自在に構成され、少なくとも一方の緩衝素体の重ね合
わせ面に緩衝機能を有する複数の凸部を設け、これら各
部が可撓性を有する材料により一体に形成された包装用
緩衝体の構成としたものである。
実施例の説明 以下本発明の実施例を図面にもとづき説明する。
第１図〜第３図において、１，１′は重ね合せ形の緩衝
素体であり、それぞれほぼ四角形の底板２．２′と、互
に連接関係にある２つの側板３゜３１と４，４′よりな
り、直角コーナ受けに適した形状をしている。前記緩衝
素体１と１′は、その底板２，２′の開放端５＋　５’
”ｆｃヒンジ片６によって連結され、かつ、前記ヒンジ
片６ｆ：中・ｂにして線対称になっている。したがって
、ヒンジ片６を中心にして重ね合わせたとき、底板２と
２′。
側板３と３ｔ、４と４１は重なり合う関係を有する。前
記一方の緩衝素体１には底板２．側板３゜４の内側面に
中空部７を有する複数の凸条８と四条９を形成してあり
、他方の緩衝素体１′は底板２′、側板３’　、　４’
の外側面に前記凸条８には１り合う凹条９′と、中空部
７′を有し前記凹条９にはまシ合う凸条８′を形成して
いる。そして前記凸条８，８′の横巾は先端が次第に小
さくなるように形成され、その基部の横ＩＪは四条９，
９′の開口横［１］よりも大きくしている。これら各構
成部はポリプロピレン等の可撓性をもつ合成樹脂によっ
て一体に形成されている。
第４図および第５図は本発明の他の実施例を示し、この
ものは一方の緩衝素体１の底板２．側板３．４に凸条８
と凹条９を形成し、他方の緩衝素体１′は底板２′のみ
に凸条８と凹条９を形成している。そして、前記一方の
緩衝素体１における凸条８と凹条９は波板１０によって
形成されている。また、緩衝素体１′の一部には固定片
１１を設け、その固定片１１の突子１２を係合させるた
めの孔１３を緩衝素体１の端縁部に設けている。
上記構成の包装用緩衝体は使用においては２つの重ね合
せ形の緩衝素体１＋１’ｔヒンジ片６部において折り曲
げ、各底板２と２′、側板３と３′。
４　、４　’　ｆ重ね合わせ、被包装体のコーナ部を受
けとめるものである。前記互に緩衝素体１，１′が重ね
合わされたとき、少なく走も一方の緩衝素体１の重ね合
わせ面に設けられた凸条８が他方の緩衝素体１の重ね合
わせ面に接し、その内方に形成された中空部７があるた
めに凸条８が衝撃のカを吸収し、また衝撃の力がなくな
れば復元するので、被包装体を有効に緩衝保持するとと
もに、被包装体との間あるいは包装箱との間に間隙を生
じにくく、安定した緩衝保持ができる。そして、これら
２つの緩衝素体１，１′は展開した状態で成型・される
ので、その製造が容易であり、また、ヒンジ片６によっ
て連結されているので、使用に際して折り重ねるだけで
よく、部品管理の上からも有利である。
また、第１図〜第３図に示す凸条８，８’、凹条９，９
′のように、互にはめ合わせ式にすると、両緩衝素体１
，１′の重ね合せ状態が安定しており、２つの凸条８，
８′は側方の力に対しても緩衝効果を発揮するという利
点がある。
なお前記各実施例においては緩衝素体の重ね合わせ面に
凸条と四条を設けているが、凸条、四条以外に複数の凸
部のみを形成してもよい。
発明の効果 前記実施例の説明より明らかなように本発明の包装用緩
衝体は被包装体の角部に当接して被包装体を有効に緩衝
保持し、２つの緩衝素体は展開された状態で成型される
ので製造しやすく、また互に連結されていることからそ
の部品管理の上から第１図は本発明の一実施例の包装用
緩衝体の斜視図、第２図は同重ね合わ亡た状態の斜視図
、第３図は同部分断面図、第４図は本発明の他の実施例
の包装用緩衝体の斜視図、第５図は同重ね合わせた状態
の斜視図である。

Claims (4)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）底板と、互に連接関係にある２つの側板とによっ
    て被包装体のコーナ部を受ける形状に形成された２つの
    緩衝素体合有し、前記２つの緩衝素体は底板の開放端を
    ヒンジ片によって連結され、かつヒンジ片を中心に線対
    称の関係をもって重ね合わせ自在に構成され、少なくと
    も一方の緩衝素体の重ね合わせ面に緩衝機能を有する複
    数の凸部を設け、これら各部が可撓性を有する材料によ
    り一体に形成されたことを特徴とする包装用緩衝体。
  2. （２）緩衝素体の重ね合わせ面に形成された凸部は中空
    部を有する凸条よりなり、凸部の側部に凹条が形成され
    たことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項に記載の包装
    用緩衝体。
  3. （３）２つの緩衝素体のそれぞれの重ね合せ面に凸条お
    よび凹条が形成され、それぞれの凸条およびし 四条がはまり合うよう構成されたことを特徴とする特許
    請求の範囲第２項に記載の包装用緩衝体。
  4. （４）緩衝素体の重ね合わせ面に形成された凸条および
    四条は波板によって形成されたことを特徴とする特許請
    求の範囲第２項に記載の包装用緩衝体。
