  1. チップを基板にグイボンディングおよびワイヤまたはテ
    ープキャリアポンディグする混成集積回路において、基
    板側のパターン形成時にワイヤまたはテープキャリアポ
    ンディングパッド部と他回路接続用パッド部とを、後に
    該両パッド間を導体で接続することを予定した予じめ物
    理的に分離したことを特徴とする混成集積回路。
