  1. テレビカメラ等の撮像素子を用いて被検査物からの反射
    光量を測定する非接触光学式表面欠陥検査装置において
    、前記撮像素子の視野の一部分で限度見本に相当する特
    定マｉりを撮影し、該特定□　　マークを定時的に検出
    し、その検出信号により当該検査装置の正常動作を確認
    する機能を有することを特徴とする表面欠陥検査装置。
