Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、月経血の吸収保持容量の大きい生理用のナプ
キンに係るもので、図に示したように、下側にシートポ
リマー１を敷いた粉砕パルプ２の上に吸収紙３と更にそ
の上にクッション材のキルト４を層成した板状体の周囲
を不織布５で被覆して接触吸収体ａを構威し、別に数枚
の吸収紙６゜６・・・・・・を下側から側面にかけて防
水織７で包み、全体を不織布８で包覆して平面吸収紙す
を構威し、この上に前記接触吸収体ａを中央を折り膨ら
ませて凸棒部Ｃを形威した状態で接着した構造としたも
のである。
ここでシートポリマー１とは、高分子吸収体をパルプと
混合して、紙状に形威したものをいう。
また、キルト４とは、レイヨンステーブル綿などのよう
にレイヨンとパルプを素材とした吸収材で肌にふれる側
に用いて、肌ざわりをよくする目的で使用されるもので
ある。
従来、中央に膨化部を設けたものは局部に挾まれたまま
となるので、吸収容量が減少し、横洩れする欠点があっ
た。
本願は上記構造としたので製作に当っては予め接触吸収
体ａと平面吸収体すを製作し、これを凸棒Ｃを構成する
よう一体に形成するもので、製作が容易で凸棒部Ｃが局
部肌に確実にフィツトし、この部分で吸収しきれない洩
れ液は、接触吸収体ａの両側部で受けるので、吸収面積
及び吸収容量が大きく吸血の保持量も大きく、更にこれ
を下側から平面吸収体すで押え洩れを完全に防ぎ、三重
の吸収体で受けることで横洩れ、表面のべとつ゛きをな
くし安全度を著しく高めたものであり、全体を凸形とす
ることにより、形状がコンパクトになり携帯にも便利で
ある。
以上の如く本願によれば、局部にフィツトする中央膨化
の凸棒部が両袖部を形威する接触吸収体の一部としたの
で、平面吸収体と一体とすることにより三重の吸収部を
形威し、吸収面積及び容量が著しく大きく、横洩れ、べ
とつき等を完全になくして著しく安全度を高め、製作も
容易である効果を得たものである。

  1. 下側に、高分子吸収体をパルプと混合して、紙状に形威
    したシートポリマー１を敷いた粉砕パルプ２の上に吸収
    紙３とその上にクッション材であり、レイヨンとパルプ
    を素材とした吸収材であるキルト４を層成した板状体の
    周囲を不織布５で被覆して接触吸収体ａを構威し、別に
    数枚の吸収紙６．６・・・・・・を下側から側面にかけ
    て防水紙７で包み、全体を不織布で包覆して平面吸収体
    すを構威し、この上に前記接触吸収体ａを中央を織り膨
    らませて凸棒部Ｃで形威した状態で接着してなる生理用
    ナプキン。
