第２図に関して説明した光半導体装置に於いてステム構
体にヒート・シンクをボンディングする場合を説明する
為の加熱体を含めて示した要部側面図、第４図及び第５
図は改良された光半導体装置の構造を説明する為の要部
平面図及び要部側面図、第６図及び第７図は本考案−実
施例お動作を説明する為の要部側面図、第８図は第６図
及び第７図に示した実施例の要部斜面図、第９図はステ
ム構体を装着しない状態の本考案−実施例の要部正面図
をそれぞれ表している。 図に於いて、１１は鉄・ニッケル・コバルト合金からな
るステム、１２及び１３はリード、１４はマウント部、
１４Ａはマウント部１４の頂部に形成されたコ字形切り
欠き、１５はダイヤモンドのヒート・シンク１．１６は

Claims (1)
- 光半導体チップが取り付けられたヒート拳シンクを載置
固着する為のコの字形切り欠きを頂部に有するマウント
部が起立せしめられているステムに於ける表面一部が当
接される壁部及び該壁部と直角方向に延在し前記マウン
ト部の側面が当接する加熱用台板とを有する加熱機構と
、該加熱機構に於ける前記壁部に対して接離自在に設け
られ該壁部に当接された前記ステムの裏面を押圧し且つ
前記壁部と協同して前記ステムを挾持する押圧機構とを
備えてなることを特徴とするボンディング装置。
