    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体発光素子と該半導体発光素子からの光の一部を受
    光して上記半導体発光素子の出力を制御するための受光
    素子を有する半導体発光装置において、上記受光素子は
    半導体部材の結晶性エツチング面の少くとも一部に形成
    され、また上記半導一体発光素子は他の一部に配されて
    いることを特徴とする半導体発光装置。
