- ＴＯ形のパツケージに収納された半導体レーザ
素子を光源とする半導体レーザモジユールの放熱
構造において、前記半導体レーザ素子のパツケー
ジのステム底面に放熱器を取付けたことを特徴と
する半導体レーザモジユールの放熱構造。
