Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、モレ防止構造を有するつかいすておむつに関
する。
従来つがいすておむつのモレ防止機構としては種々のも
のが提案されてきた。１つは特公昭５２−４０２６７号
、特開昭５４−１１５９３９号、同５２−１２００４５
号各公報に見られる如（、つがいすておむつの長手方向
に端縁部に沿って弾性体を設置してあらかじめ端縁部に
ギヤザーを形成させ、着用者の股下部分をおむつに密着
させ、漏れに（クシだものがある。又１つは、特開昭５
７−５５００２号公報に見られる如く、つかいすておむ
つの長手方向に、端縁部に沿って濡れると収縮する吸水
収縮繊維を設置して着用者の股下部分をおむつに密着さ
せ漏れに（クシたものもある。
しかし、上記のようなモレ防止機構には種々の欠点があ
る。つまり、前者は、ゴム等の弾性体の弾性収縮力を利
用しており、尿の漏れを防止するには着用者の股下部を
強（押えつける必要があり、着用中、股下部への圧迫に
より、股下部が赤（なったり、傷ついたりすることが多
々あり、又、股下部が強（密着しているためムレやすい
という欠点を有する。
又、後者は、吸水収縮繊維が尿で濡れるまでは、おむつ
の端縁部にギヤザーができないため着用者が排尿する前
に便、特に下痢便・軟便をした場合に、漏れやすいとい
う欠点を有する。
本発明者らは、上記両者の欠点を改良すべく鋭意研究の
結果、本発明に到達した。
即ち、本発明は液透過性の表面シート、液不透過性の裏
面シート及びこれら両シートの間に位置する吸収層から
なるつがいすておむつにおいて、水と接触することによ
り長さが収縮し、かつ伸縮性が付与される吸水収縮繊維
が、つかいすておむつの長手方向中央部を横切り、かつ
前記吸収層に重なることな（固定され、その吸水収縮繊
維の外側の表面シートと吸収層上の表面シートの一部が
、長手方向の両測部中間付近２点で接着され、その２つ
の接着点の間隔が５Ｏ謳以上あり、かつその接着部分の
長さが１０〜５０Ｍであり、更に接着点からおむつの端
に同って５鵡以上離れた位置の長手方向中間部に長手方
向に沿って長さ７Ｏ鵡以上、弾性力（おむつの伸縮部を
おむつの全長の長さに伸ばした時の力）２０〜１００Ｉ
の弾性伸縮性部材が設置されていることを特徴とするつ
かいすておむつを提供するものである。
以下本発明を図面に示す実施例によって詳細に説明する
。
第１図は、本発明のつかいすておむつの一実施例を示す
斜視図、第２図はそのＡ−Ａ線断面図、第３図は別の実
施例の断面図である。
本発明のつかいすておむつは、液透過性表面シート１と
液不透過性裏面シート２と吸収層７からなり、その吸収
層７０両側に吸収層と重なることな（、水と接触するこ
とにより長さが収縮しかつ伸縮性が付与される吸水収縮
繊維５が固定されている。又、吸水収縮繊維５の外側の
表面シートと吸収層７上の表面シートは長手方向中間付
近の２ケ所で一部が接着されている。
この接着部分４を以下レッグスポットと称す。
更にレッグスポットの外側に弾性ギヤザー６を備える目
的で弾性伸縮性部材５′が設置されている。
このようなつかいすておむつの目的は、尿および便のモ
レ防止、又、着用者の肌の圧迫防止にある。以下この点
について説明する。つまりレッグスポット４と弾性ギヤ
ザー５により、着用者の臀部から股にかけてポケット８
を形成しこのポケットが、尿をしてない時の大便漏れを
防ぐわけである。又、尿については、吸水収縮繊維５に
より、太股部からの漏れを防ぐため、弾性ギヤザー３は
１、上記ポケットを形成する程度の強さでよ（、弾性の
強い弾性伸縮性部材を使わないため、着用者の肌への圧
迫はほとんどなく、しかも尿及び大便の漏れ防止となる
。
ここで重要なことは、ギヤザー３とレッグスポット４に
より、有効なポケットを作ることであり、このためには
、弾性伸縮性部材の位置と長さ及びレッグスポットの長
さが問題となる。
上記有効なポケットを形成するには、２つのレッグスポ
ット間が５（１＋ｓ以上であり、レッグスポットの長さ
が１Ｏ−５Ｃ１ａｓであることが必要である。又レッグ
スポット４と弾性伸縮性部材５Ｉの間隔（＆）は５鵡以
上必要であり、５ｍｓ未満では、レッグスポットの抵抗
により、レッグスポット付近に有効なギヤザーが形成し
にくく、又、形成したポケットが浅（小さいため、便の
漏れが多（なる。
又、弾性伸縮性部材の長さについても、短すぎると上記
と同様、大便モレに有効なポケットができないため、そ
の伸びた状態で、最低７０鵡、好ましくは１００■以上
の長さが必要である。
又、ここでもう１つ重要なことは、弾性伸縮外部材の弾
性力である。この弾性力は、肌の圧迫につながるため、
着用者にとっては弱いほどよいわけで、有効なギヤザー
を形成する最小限にとどめてお（必要がある。この点本
発明のおむつは、吸水収縮繊維を利用しているため、尿
漏れ防止のための、弾性力のあるギヤザーは必要でな（
、ポケットを形成する程度のギヤザーでよく、弱い弾性
伸縮性部材でよい。以上、肌を圧迫しないという点から
おむつ沖長時の引張り強度が、１００Ｉを越えると着用
者に不快感を与える恐れがあり、又、ギヤザー形成とい
う点から、２０Ｉｉ以上の強度は必要であり、好ましく
は、２０へ６０７７がよい。
この弱いギヤザーを形成する弾性伸縮性部材は、一般の
天然ゴムでもウレタンゴムでも弾性を示すものであれば
、かまわないが、最も好ましくは、ウレタンの細い繊維
をスパンボンド法で不織布にして弾性をもたせたものが
着用者の肌にやわら（接触し、しかも有効なギヤザーを
形成するという点では最もすぐれている。又、本発明に
使用される弾性伸縮性部材の巾は着用者への圧迫という
点から広いものが適しており好ましくは５１ｓ以上がよ
い。
又、吸水収縮繊維は吸収層の近くでは、吸収層が妨害し
て収縮を妨げられるため、吸水収縮繊維の収縮をより効
果的に構成するためには、この吸水収縮繊維をある程度
吸収層から遠ざける必要がある。効果的に収縮しておむ
つを着用者の肌に吸水収縮繊維で密着させるには、吸収
層の端から吸水収縮線維までの距離すは１０ｓ＋ｓ以上
離れているほうが尿モレ防止としては効果的である。
ここに示す吸水収縮繊維としては、特開昭５７−５５０
０２号公報に開示されている様なカルボキシメチルセル
ロース繊維、アクリル加水分解繊維等の撚り糸が有効で
ある。又、この吸水収縮繊維には、吸収層から尿が導水
されるような機構がほどこされているものが好ましい。
以上が本発明のつかいすておむつの実施態様であるが、
本発明はこの説明のみに限定されるものでなく、その主
旨の範囲内において任意に変更実施できる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １　液透過性の表面シート、液不透過性の裏面シート及
    びこれら両シートの間に位置する吸収層からなるつがい
    すておむつにおいて、水と接触することにより長さが収
    縮し、かつ伸縮性が付与される吸水収縮繊維が、つがい
    すておむつの長手方向中央部を横切り、かつ前記吸収層
    に重なることな（固定され、その吸水収縮繊維の外側の
    表面シートと吸収層上の表面シートの一部が、長手方向
    の両測部中間付近２点で接着され、その２つの接着点の
    間隔が５０１１以上あり、かつその接着部分の長さが１
    ０〜５０１１１であり、更に接着点からおむつの端に向
    って５１０Ｂ以上離れた位置の長手方向中間部に長手方
    向に沿って長さ７０ｍ以上、弾性力（おむつの伸縮部を
    おむつの全長の長さに伸ばした時の力）２０〜１００Ｉ
    の弾性伸縮性部材が設置されていることを特徴とするつ
    かいすておむつ。 ２　吸水収縮繊維が、吸収層の端から１０ｓ＋ｓ以上離
    れて固定されている特許請求の範囲第１項記載のつかい
    すておむつ。
