Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 プリント配線板の表面の一部を蔽うためのカバーバンド
に関するものであって、より厳密には、このカバーバン
ドが紙またはプラスチックから成る薄片状の担持体とこ
の担持体の片側に取付けられ接着物質から成る被膜によ
って構成され、その際この接着物質が自動接着的な接着
物質であるが、或は熱活動によってはじめて接着が行な
われるような接着物質であるかのいずれかである前記カ
バー　ハンドに関するものである。
この種のカバーバンドは公知であり、特に電気めっきさ
れるべきプリント配線板で、所定の表面を沈澱物から保
獲するために用いられ、この為に表面をカバーバンドに
よって蔽うものである。しかしながら、公知のカバーバ
ンドには以下に見るような著しい欠点がある。即ち、プ
リント配線板の電気めっきされるべき表面がめつき陰極
に電気的に接続していない場合、従来は付加的なプリン
ト配線路によって、電気めっきされるべき表面とめつき
陰極とを重合的に接続させねばならず、例えば金めつき
されるべきプラグタングを備えるプリント配線板の場合
、各プラグタングはプリント配線板上に付加的に設けら
れるプリント配線路を用いて、同様にプリント配線基土
に設けられプラグタングに沿って延びるプリント配線路
に接続されるという具合である。ところで、このような
付加的なプリント配線路の設置は時間的にも作業的にも
浪費的である。さらに、電気めっき過程に於て付加的な
プリント配線路を金めつきするというむだが生じる。さ
らに、ブラインドフレームをプリント配線板から切離す
際に個々の付加的な・プリント配線路がプラグタングか
ら離れる位置で、プリント配線板上にある銅層が露出す
るということも避けるべきである。銅層がこれらの位置
で周囲の影響をうけて損なわれるからである。
本発明の課題は、冒頭で述べた種類のカバーバンドから
出発しこの種のカバーバンドを次のように形成すること
、ｕＩＪち従来必要であった付加的なプリント配線路を
プリント配線板上から除去し、それによって付加的なプ
リント配線路が原因となって生じていた欠点が回避され
るように形成することである。
上記の課題は、本発明によれば、カバーバンドの被膜上
に、カバーバンドと１つのユニットを形成しかつプリン
ト配線板の電気めっきされるべき表面とブラインドフレ
ームと番重合的に結合させるような少なくとも１つの導
体が配置されていることによって解決される。
本発明の提案によれば、カバーバンドの導体はラッカー
と金属粉の混合物から成る。
本発明の他の提案によれば、カバーバンドの導体は条片
状の金属薄片から成る。
次に、本発明を１つの実施例に関し添付の図面を用いて
説明する。
１はプリント配線板、２はプリント配線路、３はプラグ
タング、４はプリント配線板１のブラインドフレームで
ある。プリント配線板１とそのブラインドフレーム４は
透明なカバーバンド５によって部分的に蔽われている。
カバーバンド５は片側に、即ちカバーバンド５がプリン
ト配線板１上に固着している側に、接着物質がら成る被
膜を具（＋ｉｉ７　Ｌ、ている。
カバーバンド５は、上記被膜上に、カバーバンド５と１
つのユニットを形成する電気導体６を有する。導体６は
ラッカーと金属粉の混合物から成る。金属粉の代わりに
、黒鉛またはカーボンブラックを使用することもできる
。カバーバンド５をプリント配線板１とブラインドフレ
ーム４に取付けた後、導体乙によってプリント配線板１
のプリント配線路２が、従って電気めっきされるべき表
面が互いにかつブラインドフレーム４と結合・されてい
る。
本発明は、もちろんプリント配線板にのみ限定して適用
されるものではなく、他の電気めっきされるべき対象を
部分的に蔽うためにも使用することができる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 （７）電気めっきされるべき対象の、特に−プリント配
    線板の表面の一部を蔽うための電気めっき過程用カバー
    バンドであって、このカバーバンドが紙またはプラスチ
    ックから成る薄片状の担荷体とこの担荷体の片側に取付
    けられ接着物質から成る被膜によって構成され、この接
    着物質が自動接着的な接着物質であるか、或は熱活動に
    よってはじめぞ接着が行なわれるような接着物質である
    かのいずれかである前記カバーバンドに於て、カバーバ
    ンド（５）の被膜上に、カバーバンド（５）と１つのユ
    ニットを形成する少なくとも１つの導体（６）が配置さ
    れ、この導体（６）がプリント配線板（１）の電気めっ
    きされるべき表面を互いにかつブラインドフレーム（４
    ）と結合させていることを特徴とするカバーバンド。 （２）　　カバーバンド（５）の導体（６）がラッカー
    と金属粉の混合物から成ることを特徴とする特許請求の
    範囲第１項に記載のカバーバンド。 （６）　　カバーバンド（５）の導体（６）が条片状の
    金属箔から成ることを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項
    に記載のカバーバンド。
