Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は量産部品、例えは製造ラインにおける本体の識
別のためのコードバーであって、符号０〜９に対応し交
互に相異なる巾の明るい縞と暗い縞の形のコードを備え
たコードバーに関するものである。
コードバーによって量産部品、在庫部品及び購買部品等
の計数が公知である。暗く狭い縞又は広い縞の形のこれ
らのコードバーは従来フィルム又は包装材料に印刷され
ておシ、従ってステーションを通過する量産部品、例え
ば自動車の製造ラインであって製造部品が加熱され又は
種々の液浴中に浸されるものＫは不適当である。
更に例えば自動車工業からアルミニウムシールド上に腐
蝕して形成されたコードを使用することが公知であり、
このようなコードは複数の透明フィルムによってラミネ
ートされ、フィルムはコードの形成のために処理浴によ
って層を部分的にはがずために個々に順次各処理浴に通
されその通過の度毎に引剥がされる。このプロセス株コ
スト高である。
本発明は外的作用、例えば高温、塗料、腐蝕液等に対し
て敏感でなくかつその符合化された標識がそのようなプ
ロセスにおいて損傷されないようなコードバーを創造す
ることを課題の基礎とする。
本発明によればこの課題はコードバーがスリットとして
コードの暗い細長部分が打抜かれている薄板細長片であ
ることによって解決される。
薄板細長片は合目的的に固定フランジの形成のための向
い合って位置する二つの緑で二回折曲げられている。
好適な実施形態では固定フランジは薄板細長板の狭い側
に配設されており、そして薄板細長片はその剛性を高め
るために縦縁の近くに縦溝を有する。
曲げられた固定７ランジのために量産部品の面から距離
をおいて配設されている打抜かれたコード細長片はその
濃淡によって形成によって明暗パルスヲ生シ、明暗パル
スはコートハーカら相応した距離に配設されることがで
き、かつ同様に高温の危険にさらされず、ま九塗料又は
腐蝕液浴に浸さない相応した読取システムによって評価
されることができる。コードパー祉その製造ラインの始
めから終りまで量産部品と共に搬送されかつその際その
表示性能を失わない。
コードバーが量産部品の面から距離をおいて設けられて
いることによって、浴中で付着した液体は良好に除去さ
れる。
図面に基いて本発明の実施例を詳しく説明する。
コードバー１は例えば鋼製の薄板細長片２から成シ薄板
細長片はその内縦縁に固定７ランジ６に対して薄板細長
片２がそのコード４を量産部品５の面、例えば点溶接に
よって固定されることができる自動車車体（Ｗ、２図）
の下面から距離をおいて配設されるように曲げられてい
る。
コード４は細い細長部分６と広い細長部分７と含有し、
コードはスリットとして薄板細長片２から打抜かれかつ
スリット間に明るい狭いしま８が残り、しまけ薄板細長
片２の材料自体によって形成される。
個々のコード４はその都度数字０〜９に対応し、そして
広い明るいしま９は同様に薄板材料自体から成シ、相互
にコード４を分離し、コードは図示の実施例では数１１
４６７９を表わす。
相異なる出発コード１０及び終シコード１１は図示しな
い読取システム（スキャナ）によって読取られ、その除
数、ここでは１１４６７９は前方からも後方からも読取
られることができる。
その除圧しい評価は出発コード１０及び終りコード１１
によって確保される。評価に必要な明暗のパルスは量産
部品５が読取システムを通過する際にしま６，７．Ｂに
よって生ずる。
１ｇ３図及び第４図に示す実施例では固定フランジ３′
は薄い細長片２′の狭い側に配設されている。剛固のた
めに薄板細長片２′はその広い側の近くに縦＃１１２を
有する。
第５図及び第６図において示されたコードバー１の有利
な実施例は前記の実施例とは広い明るいしま９がコード
４０間の材料部分（第１図及び第３図）から欠けている
ことにある。しかしここでも各二つのスリットが出発コ
ード及び終シコード１０又は１１をそして打抜かれ九ス
リットの形の５個の細長部分６又は７がコード４を形成
する。第５図及び第６図による実施形態は全体として小
さくなυうる。固定７ランジ３“は第６図及び第４図の
ものよりも広い。その他この実施形態は第３図及び第４
図のものに相応している。

Claims (3)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）量産部品、例えば製造ラインにおける車体の識別
    のだめのコードバーであって、 符号０〜９に対応し交互に相異なる巾の明るい縞と暗い
    縞の形のコードを備えたコードバーにおいて、 コードバー（１）はスリットとして符号（４）の暗い縞
    （６，７）が打抜かれている薄板細長片（２゜２１）で
    あることを特徴とする量産部品の識別のためのコードバ
    ー。
  2. （２）薄板細長板（２，２′）が固定７ランジ（３，３
    ’）の形成のだめの向い合って位置する二つの縁に二回
    曲折されている、特許請求の範囲第１項記載のコードバ
    ー。
  3. （３）固定フランジ（６′）が薄板細長片（２′）の狭
    い側に配設されており、そして薄板細長片（２つが縦縁
    の近くに縦溝（１２）を有する、特許請求の範囲第２項
    記載のコードバー。
