Description

금속 태그(Metal Tag)
제1도는 본 고안 금속태그의 전체사시도.
제2도는 본고안 금속태그의 부분단면도.

제4도는 종래의 평평형 금속태그 전체사시도.
본 고안은 철강(鐵鋼) 생산공정에서 철선(鐵線)과 같이 직접 제품에 품질이나 제조회사의 표시(Marking)를 할 수 없는 물품에 부착 사용하는 것으로써 운송도중 탈락(脫落)이 방지되는 금속태그 관한 것이다. 종래에는 철선과 같은 제품은 평평형(平平型) 금속태그에 품질이나 제조회사 표시를 하여 금속밴드(Metal Band)로 결속 부착하여 수송, 판매되어 왔으나 운반도중 품질이 표시된 금속태그가 자주 탈락분실이 심하여 제품관리에 매우 어려운점이 많았다. 본원 고안은 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로 첨부 도면에 의해 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
철선(鐵線)(2)결속에 사용되는 금속태그 본체(1)에 모서리부를 만곡형으로 형성시키고 금속밴드(3)의 결속홈(4)을 내측 깊숙히 펀칭(Punching)하되 결속홈(4)의 양단을 금속태그 내측방향으로 책크홈(5)(5')을 형성시켰으며 표시글자(6)(6')가 보호 될 수 있도록 가장자리 표면측에 볼록한 돌출선(7)을 형성시켰다.
이와같이 구성된 금속태그의 사용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다. 종래의 평평형 금속태그(9)는 모서리가 뽀죽하여 외부물품과 접촉시 잘 걸리며 운송도중 약간의 충격이나 마찰만 있어도 결속홈(10)이 파손부(11)가 생겨 탈락분실되므로 품질표시가 없기때문에 2차가공에 매우 어려운 점이 있었으나 본 고안은 모서리부가 만곡형으로 되어있어 외부 물품과 잘 걸리지 않으며 금속밴드(3)의 결속홈(4)이 깊게 위치하고 있고 채크홈(5)이 있어 금속밴드(3)나 금속태그(1)에 충격이 있을때 책크홈(5)에 의해 내면부(8)(8')가 흥수하여 굽혀지므로 결속홈은 파열되지 않고 더욱 안정성을 유지하게 된다. 더욱 체크홈(5)은 결속밴드(3)를 얇은 밴드나 두꺼운 밴드나 자유로이 사용할 수 있는 것이 특징이다. 또한 금속태그 표면부의 돌출선(7)은 외부로부터 평면적인 마찰이 있을때 닿지않게 해주므로 품질표시한 페인트, 즉 마킹된 문자 및 기호(6)(6')를 마모시키지 않게 보호하여 항상 선명하게 유지되므로 품질이나 제조회사의 표시등 기록 사항을 항상 파악할 수 있는 매우 실용적인 고안이다.

  1. 만곡형의 모서리부를 가진 금속태그 본체(1)에 금속밴드 결속홈(4)를 펀칭하되 결속홈(4) 양단에 체크홈(5)(5')을 내축으로 형성시키고 태그본체(1) 가장자리에 표면측으로 돌출선(7)을 형성시킨 것을 특징으로하는 금속 태그.
