のエミッタは、第1の抵抗及び逆方向ダイオードを介し
て第1のバイアス電源に接続され、コレクタは、第2の
抵抗を介して接地されるとともに、この第2の抵抗と並
列に接続した順方向ダイオードを備えていることを特徴
