加えるようになされた二重平衡形の差動増幅器を用いた
電圧制御発振器において、少なくとも前記第１のトラン
ジスタのベースに加わるベース電圧がＰＮＰトランジス
タのコレクタから加えられ、このＰＮＰ トランジスタ
のエミッタは、第１の抵抗及び逆方向ダイオードを介し
て第１のバイアス電源に接続され、コレクタは、第２の
抵抗を介して接地されるとともに、この第２の抵抗と並
列に接続した順方向ダイオードを備えていることを特徴
