複数個の抵抗と、前記一対のトランジスタの動作に応じ
て前記コンデンサを充電する為の充電トランジスタと、
該充電トランジスタとともに動作し、前記複数個の抵抗
の少くとも1つを短絡して、前記他方のトランジスタの
ベースバイアスを切換える短絡トランジスタとを備える
発振回路において、前記複数個の抵抗と直列に補償トラ
ンジスタのコレクタ・エミツタ路を接続し、前記補償ト
ランジスタのコレクタ電流を前記複数個の抵抗に流すこ
とによって、出力信号の発振周波数の安定化を計ること
