ース・エミッタとなっているダイオードと第1のダイオ
ードとの同極同志を前記抵抗を介して、若しくは直接に
接続する方向とし、第2段目のトランジスタのエミッタ
に微小電流が流れることにより基準電圧を保つ第2のダ
イオードを接続して高利得増幅器を構成し、送信回路か
らの送信出力の一部を第1段目のトランジスタのベース
に入力することで第2段目のコレクタに接続された制御
用トランジスタの出力が前記送信回路を制御するように
