スに、抵抗と第１のダイオードとを直列に接続したもの
を接続し、その接続方向が第１段日のトランジスタのベ
ース・エミッタとなっているダイオードと第１のダイオ
ードとの同極同志を前記抵抗を介して、若しくは直接に
接続する方向とし、第２段目のトランジスタのエミッタ
に微小電流が流れることにより基準電圧を保つ第２のダ
イオードを接続して高利得増幅器を構成し、送信回路か
らの送信出力の一部を第１段目のトランジスタのベース
に入力することで第２段目のコレクタに接続された制御
用トランジスタの出力が前記送信回路を制御するように
