Claims (1)
入力信号線のうちの一方の信号線が接続される第１のト
ランジスタと、そのエミツタが上記第１のトランジスタ
のエミツタに共通接続されそのベースに上記一対の入力
信号線のうちの他方の信号線が接続される第２のトラン
ジスタと、上記第１のトランジスタのコレクタにそれぞ
れそのエミツタが共通接続されそれぞれそのベースに同
一のバイアス電位が供給される第３のトランジスタおよ
び第４のトランジスタと、上記第２のトラ“ンジスタの
コレクタにそれそれそのエミッタが共通接続されそれぞ
れそのベースが上記第３および第４のトランジスタのベ
ースに共通接続される第５のトランジスタおよび第６の
トランジスタと、上記第３乃至第６のトランジスタのそ
れぞれのコレクタに電源を供給する手段と、上記第３の
トランジスタのコレクタにその一方の信号線が接続され
上記第５のトランジスタのコレクタにその他方の信号線
が接続される一対の第１の出力信号線と、上記第４のト
ランジスタのコレクタにその一方の信号線が接続され上
記第６のトランジスタのコレクタにその他方の信号線が
接続される一対の第２の出力信号線とをそなえたことを
