【図面の簡単な説明】
第１図は、本考案の一部縦断を含む側面図、第２図は、
第１図のイーイ線に沿った横断面図、第３図は、施工順
序図で、Ａは、削孔機１により削孔を終り、ソイルセメ
ント溶液５中を、削孔機シャフトを引き上げる状態。Ｂ
は、削孔中にコンクリートパイル２を挿入した状態。Ｃ
は、鋼管３をコンクリートパイル２に冠合する直前の状
態。Ｄは、鋼管３の挿入完了後の状態。 １は削孔機、２はコンクリートパイル、３は鋼管、４は
スペーサー、５はソイルセメント溶液。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 （イ）　　使用せんとする、断面が円形、又は、筒形の
    耐鉛直荷重用既製コンクリートパイル２の直径より、や
    や大きい孔径を有する縦孔を、スクリューオーガ等の削
    孔機１によって、セメントミルクを注入しなから削孔を
    行ない、該孔中を、原位置土砂とセメントミルクの混合
    によって製造される、ソイル・セメント溶液を充満した
    状態に形成する。 （ロ）上記縦孔中央に、コンクリートパイル２を挿入し
    て、その先端を支持地盤に到達させる。 （ハ）挿入したコンクリートパイル２の外径Ｒφより内
    径が大で、かつ、縦孔の直径Ｒ′φより外径が小さい、
    曲げ抵抗用鋼管３を、コンクリートパイル２の頭部より
    冠合せしめて、縦孔のソイル・セメント溶液中に、該鋼
    管全長を挿入する。 ゛　　以上の如く構成された、耐鉛直荷重用コンクリー
    トパイル２と、曲げ抵抗用鋼管３が、ソイル・セメント
    溶液の固結により、一体となる現場造成複合パイル。
