- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ” １ 複数の電気絶縁体層と複数の導体層とが、前
記導体層が端部を重畳して前記絶縁層の間から間へと延
長するコイルを形成するように積層された一体焼結体と
、前記コイルの両端から焼結体の両端面に引出された引
出部と、前記両端面に形成された銀又は銀合金層及び前
記銀又は銀合金層の上に施された電気めっき層より成る
外部端子とから構成された積層インダクタ。 ２ 電気めっき層は、銅、ニッケル及び錫の順に形成さ
れた層である前記第１項記載の積層インダクタ。 ３ 電気絶縁体層は磁性フェライトである第１項または
第２項記載の積層インダクタ。
